But you can have too much of a good thing. I wear only one corduroy item at a time unless I'm feeling really reckless.

Presumably you already know about the Corduroy Appreciation Club? (In fact I'm wondering now if you've mentioned them in a previous post...) It's their big day soon, 11th November (because 11/11 is the date that most closely resembles the fabric itself).
Thanks for the link. I did find the Corduroy Appreciation Club a while ago but sadly it meets in America. perhaps I should set up a British version.
