James has been wearing the grandad shoes with the velcro straps but he is going to change and wear the black ones with the grey stripes. They rub occasionally but he is going to try them anyway. He knows why they rub. He didn't explain it because it is not very interesting.
I had just explained why B pencils are better than 2B pencils so I was in no position to criticise. I apologised for being boring. James didn't think it was boring. He thought it was funny.
I apologise for the lack of information about the shoe situation and for leaving you all in a state of concern.
